- welcome a guest into the business establishment
- Promote their hotel or business establishment.
- Assists the guests in their travel needs, like tours they can enjoy, where to dine, shop or rent a car among other arrangements that guests may desire to be helped with.
- Listen to the complaints that may arise from the guests

- Female or Male
- Age : 20~30 years old
- Hotel experience for 2 years
- TOEIC 750 up (Business Level)
- Computer Literature
- Willing to work in Karawang
