Deskripsi Pekerjaan

- Manage and oversee all the contracted General Affairs the service provider (facility management, procurements, security, IT etc.)
- Manage and oversee the bidding processes and contractual agreements with third-party provider (stationary,
furniture’s, insurances, etc.)
- Follow-up the General Affairs budget
- Training Development
- Compensation and benefit
- Handle more than 100 employee
- Handle Industrial Relation (IR)

Persyaratan umum

- At lease possess D3/S1 of Any field
- Has working experience in HRGA field at least 3 years
- Used to handle Training Development, Compensation benefit, handle minimum 100 employee
- Deepth knowledge in Industrial Relation (IR)
- Willing to work in Karawang
- Able to speak English
