- Provide HRD & administrative supports
- Assist in recruitment process from posting, interview, and salary negotiation
- Taking care of working contract for new employee hired (PKWT), renewal process of working contract, and promoted to be permanent employee
- Ensure a proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
- Taking care of employment planning such as shifting, promotion, demotion, termination and along with its administration processes.
- Taking care of complete process of Payroll and Overtime calculation
- Generate and prepare staff and workers’ payslips
- Taking care of BPJS (employment, health, and pension) and DPLK
- Taking care of employee development through internal and external training
- Taking care of employment disciplinary and give HR opinions which has been based on Labour Law (Omnibus Law), PKB (perjanjian kerja Bersama), and other Labor Regulations (Peraturan Pemerintah and Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja)
- Taking care of Expatriate Working and Stay Visa with the respective institutions (Labour Office, Immigration, etc) and has knowledge about working and stay Visa regulation
- Any other administrative work or duty assigned by Superior


- Max age is 35 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in any discipline with HR Specialization or equivalent
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in the same position in HRD
- Has experience in using Payroll and BPJS system
- Has experience of taking care of working permits and stay visa for foreign expatriates
- Independent and fast learner with a positive attitude.
- Be able to work under minimum supervision
- Have knowledge of Indonesian Employment Act and manpower regulations
- Must have English proficiency
- Must have a good Microsoft Excel proficiency
